A United States Navy War Veteran graduated Medical Assisting in 1992. One year later he successfully completed a surgical assistant course in Hair Restoration under the tutelage of world renowned Dr. Gary Hitzig. Wilfredo Martinez has been a member of the ISHRS since 1998. He has built a reputation over the years of a caring meticulous person who takes pride in his work, and pays close attention to needs. He has performed countless surgeries on celebrities. Wilfredo Martinez is constantly learning and teaching new techniques world wide. He is proficient in FUE transplants using NeoGraft, Alpha Graft, and is currently working with MatriStem (ACell) in combination with Platelet Rich Plasma on the benefits for hair restoration surgery, scar revision and ultimately in the non-surgical treatment of hair loss.
Wilfredo Martinez currently resides in New York with his family. His main goal is to continue his quest in teaching hair restoration and sharing his knowledge with the world.
